WITH MALAYSIA'S DANITY AT COLOR ON ME
FAN MEETING IN KUALA LUMPUR

Topping charts and breaking records with his first solo album in South Korea, solo artiste Kang Daniel, the nation’s number one pick from Produce 101, was recently brought his amazing performances to Malaysia fans once again at his very first fan meet “Color On Me” at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil last night, 21 September 2019.
The show kicked off to the great start with Daniel emerging on stage in a grey suit performing one of his tracks – “Intro (Through The Night)”, setting off enthusiastic and ear-deafening cheers and screams from his fans. Proving once again that his popularity, talents and the fandom is not a joke. The fans were kept on high throughout the show as Daniel performed all the songs from his album – “Color”, “Horizon”, and “What Are You Up To”. Fans were in for a treat when Kang Daniel did a special performance of his personal favourite songs – Justin Bieber’s “Sorry”, and then wrapped up the show with “I HOPE” from his first solo album during the encore!
During the fan meeting, the idol star also played several games on stage, dart roulette that involved fun forfeits. Kang Daniel said “Aku Cinta Padamu” to his fans and also using his sexy voice to record a “Morning Call Alarm” for “Danity”. Beside that, he also showed his sexy dances and displaying “boyfriend” poses for his fans, which led to explosive screams across the floor.
During the “Double Speed Dance” task, Kang Daniel was trying hard to dance “What Are You Up To” and “I HOPE”. He was wondering and asked the director “Is this my song?”. After a few times of trials, he asked the director to slower down the speed, but still failed. He continued to bring laughter to his fans when he said “I am not Jackie Chan”. He also did a random play dance of Sunmi's “Gashina” and BEAST's “Fiction”. All the fans were screaming “Wanna One” and wished to see Kang Daniel dances “Wanna One” songs.
He felt very guilty that he has only few songs to perform where he hoped that he could sing more songs and show different sides of him next time. All his fans tried to cheer him up by saying “It’s okay“ in Korean. Daniel was impressed by Danity’s ability to understand Korean without any translation. He said that he did not get the chance to visit Petronas Twins Tower during his previous visit to Malaysia so emcee suggested him to go there after the fan meeting. He was in deep thought and asked “Will there be a lot of people?“
Kang Daniel was very surprised when a fan-made video was played on the screen right after his performance. After video ended, he turned over to the audiences, all of the fans were holding the hand banner written “어두운 세상에 빛이 되어줘서 고마워요” (Thank you for lighten up the dark world). He felt touch by his fans and then he took the hand banner while taking a group photo with “Danity”.
If we could pick one moment that was especially touching and memorable during Kang Daniel‘s “Color On Me” fan meeting in Kuala Lumpur, it would be his heartfelt messages to fans where he bared nothing but genuineness and sincerity. Throughout the show, Kang Daniel could be seen showing great affection for his fans and doing his best to interact with the audience from all corners.
